On our adventures around the world, we discovered just how much joy and culture can be found in a simple bottle of sauce. Back home in Ireland, we couldn’t find the kind of chilli sauces we had fallen in love with abroad—full of flavour, depth, and just the right kick of heat. So, we set out to make our own.

What started as a passion project in our kitchen has grown into a business we’re proud to share: bold, handcrafted sauces that bring global inspiration straight to your table.
